Hubstream’s next-generation data hub, Hubstream ONE, is now moving out of Private Preview and into General Availability. As of September 1st 2022, customers can sign up for the service directly on www.hubstreamsoftware.com
“The new name Hubstream ONE reflects the changing role of data in the daily work of investigations” said John Hancock, CEO. “Whether they are law enforcement agencies investigating high-volume crimes or large corporations scaling up their efforts to protect their customers and their brands - investigative teams are facing an unprecedented deluge of data that requires a change in strategy to keep up.”
Modern investigative solutions
Hubstream ONE has evolved to become an end-to-end platform for all investigations. Modern investigative teams need to be able to triage and respond to a wide variety of incoming leads, from public reports to industry and partner notifications as well as automated feeds. Inbound data is highly diverse and can include forms with structured information, documents such as PDFs or emails, and machine-generated data in various formats.
AI-powered visualization and analytics
AI-powered ingestion and matching helps teams to focus on the most critical investigations, and visualization technology can help investigators to quickly understand even complex investigations. Link analysis is built in and every entity in the hub can be related to all the other information, allowing users to get a complete picture of all the relevant information.
“Hubstream really enables us to harness the intelligence that’s hidden in our data, so we can make smarter decisions and achieve meaningful efficiency gain.”
Designed for your specific requirements
Flexible, customizable workflows can streamline the actions that are required to allow investigators to focus on investigations rather than manual work such as updating downstream applications or sending emails to coordinate partners. Automation rules can encapsulate complex behaviors and integrate easily with other systems, including sensitive internal systems via a secure messaging approach.
A wide range of customers have contributed to the development of Hubstream ONE throughout the Private Preview period from both private-sector and government organizations, including during the surge of Internet-facilitated crime during the COVID pandemic. From fighting cybercrime to battling trademark infringement, the flexibility of Hubstream ONE’s model-driven approach allows teams to quickly adapt to changing conditions and keep one step ahead.
Available for all team sizes
Hubstream ONE is now also available for smaller teams of investigators through a SOC2-compliant, multi-tenant cloud service on Azure that uses a self-service, template-driven process to get started quickly. It also expands to meet the needs of the largest enterprise customers with SSO and compliance requirements, and government agencies that need to run the service within their own secure Azure tenancy.
